9am - 10:30am - Meditation to find presence, deep flow yoga practice.

11am - 12pm - Brunch.

Time to yourself.
5pm - 6pm - Relaxing sleep breath-work and yin yoga.
6pm - 7pm - Dinner

Day 2 Wednesday
Finding Breath
7am - 11:00am - Time to yourself or optional group hike around the beautiful surroundings.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.
15pm - 16:30pm - Breath-work meditation leading into the yoga flow.

5pm - 6pm - Dinner.
7pm - 8pm - Meditation and self-massage led by Alexandra.

Day 3 Thursday
Finding Joy
9am - 10:30am - Heart Wide Open - heart focused meditation and yoga flow.

11am - 12pm - Brunch.
Time to yourself.
5pm - 6pm - Sleep breath-work, yin practice with delicious twists and forward folds.
6pm - 7pm - Dinner.

Day 4 Friday
Moving Deeper into the Joy
9am - 10:30am - Time to yourself or optional trip to see picturesque waterfalls of Gimel.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.
15:00pm - 18:30pm - Delightful Hips: sacral chakra focused meditation, hip opening yoga flow.
5pm - 6pm - Yoga Nidra.
6pm - 7pm - Dinner.

Day 5 Saturday
Uniting Presence, Joy and Breath
9am - 10:30am - Deep flow body practice, connecting Presence, Breath and Joy.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.

Time to yourself.
3pm - 6pm - Breath-work, yoga , Closing Celebration - Movement Meditation.
6pm - 9pm - Dinner.
Day 6 Sunday
9am - 10:30am - Deep flow body practice, closing circle.

11am - 12pm - Naughty brunch with bubbles.
​
12pm onwards - time to yourself.
​
Departure before 8am on the 11th.
